As this year comes to a close, we thank you.

This year has brought about many changes at Integrated Health. We rebranded with a new logo and website, installed new floors in our treatment rooms for easier sanitation, and of course, a whole new set of ever changing requirements for how we operate from day to day during the pandemic. We are so grateful to everyone for their compliance and cooperation while following our new standards. Here at the clinic, we continue to abide by the policies mandated by the Ministry of Health and our regulatory college. Our cleaning protocols are strict and thorough and every patient who comes for an appointment is screened to ensure that the health and safety of everyone at the clinic remains our top priority. As Ontario continues to move through the second wave of Covid-19 and lockdown measures are applied throughout the province, we would like to confirm that we as regulated health care providers, able to remain OPEN while in Red and Grey control levels in the Niagara Region. Should anything change in the future, you will receive an update from us.

Moving forward into 2021, our fees will be increasing by $5 per treatment effective January 2021. Yvonne will be continuing to work on Sundays, and Kristen is still working hard in nursing. We will update you when she is able to resume her massage therapy services at the clinic. Dana and Hannah will be learning Indie Head Massage techniques from Lisa in January! Look for that service to be added to their schedules in February. I would also like to encourage you to follow our professional page on Facebook as we regularly provide updates on our clinic status and offer up any last minute appointments that may come available from time to time. Finally, we are eternally grateful to each and every one of you for the support and kindness you have shown us during this challenging year. We couldn’t have anticipated how different this year would look when it began and despite the adjustments we have all had to make in our lives, we are so happy to have been given the ability to serve our community and provide care to those in need. We wish you all a peaceful and restful holiday season. Please stay safe and healthy as we look towards the new year with hope and optimism.
