About Our Clinic

We are a hidden gem located in the north end of St. Catharines, at the Linwell Medical Building on Linwell Road. Our experienced and friendly massage therapists are dedicated to improving your health and wellbeing. We welcome patients of all ages and utilize hydraulic tables for those who may have accessibility concerns.

We take pride in being able to provide the best treatment possible with respect to your needs and goals and offer a diverse range of modalities beyond therapeutic massage which include prenatal massage, hot stone massage, cupping, indie head massage and TMJ dysfunction treatments.

What To Expect At Your First Treatment

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a health history form and direct billing forms if applicable.

Your RMT will ask questions in respect to what you have written on your health history form, perform some assessments if needed and will propose a safe and effective plan for your treatment, before gaining your consent for the treatment. Feel free to ask any questions you may have; our goal is to ensure your absolute comfort during your massage.
